Corporate Meetings

Whether you are looking for a small meeting area or space to host a large conference in Rapid City, we have four different meeting rooms to accommodate all group and meeting sizes.

For banquets, meetings, corporate parties and conferences we will work with you to make sure everything is perfect- from projector screens, audio equipment, room arrangement, and catering.

All meeting and conference rooms are equipped with cable access television, 2 telephone lines and complimentary high speed internet access.

Executive Room

• Reception capacity (no seating) is 169 people
• 1,182 square feet of clear span floor space. Ceiling height 10 feet. 33’L X 36’W
• Banquet capacity using rectangular tables is 79 people
• Banquet capacity using round tables of 8 people each is 56 people
• Meeting capacity using classroom style seating is 46 people
• Meeting capacity using theater style seating is 75 people

Red Rock Room

• Reception capacity (no seating) is 105 people
• 733 square feet of clear span floor space. Ceiling height 10 feet. 29’L X 27’W
• Banquet capacity using rectangular tables is 49 people
• Banquet capacity using round tables of 8 people each is 40 people
• Meeting capacity using classroom style seating is 28 people
• Meeting capacity using theater style seating is 55 people
