D’Ann and other staff took care of any problems we could throw at them. Typical chain hotel breakfast, but evening free wine, beer, and popcorn make up for lack of quality breakfast. Comfortable, clean rooms, close to downtown Rapid City.

Jenn at the bar and D’Ann at the front desk were the best ever. I really enjoyed the hotel and the rooms were quite pretty. The complimentary breakfast was good as well. Great location in the middle of rapid city.

We stopped for the night here after visiting Mt Rushmore and having dinner in Downtown RC. We loved our room and the convenient location of the property, just off the highway to the Black Hills. Recommended.

The room was big with two kingsized beds, TV, etc. The beds and everything was comfortable for both my son and I. It was quiet, A/C temps set by us, excellent breakfast and just excellent overall.

I checked in late in the evening welcomed by Kathy behind the counter who was very welcoming with a positive, professional personality . I was given all of the necessary information needed and have been assisted in any questions or needs i’ve had since i’ve arrived . I have definitely enjoyed my stay and Kathy and staff should be acknowledged for their efforts!
