Planning an event, tour, and conference is easy when working with the Howard Johnson in Rapid City. We work to organize all group accommodations along with meeting and event rooms, taking the stress off of your group. We’ll have everything in order, working with outside vendors when needed, and make sure all arrangements are taken care of before you arrive.
As the official host hotel of the Rapid City Rush and South Dakota School of Mines & Technology Athletics, we strive to provide outstanding customer service to all fans and teams, and to all of our tours, groups, and visitors on business. We have four different meeting rooms to accommodate all group and meeting sizes, from an executive suite for 10 people to our Black Hills Ballroom for a reception of 275 people. For banquets, meetings, receptions, and conferences we will work with you to make sure everything is perfect- from projector screens, audio equipment, room arrangement, and catering.
In addition, our sales office will work with your group for accommodations that suit all of your group needs, dates, and room arrangements.
